This bundle pairs the MB Quart Formula Series FKB169 6x9 coaxial speakers with the FKB146 4x6 coaxial speakers for a matched front-and-rear upgrade in one order. The FKB169 pair handles 300 W peak (150 W RMS per pair) and the FKB146 pair handles 180 W peak (90 W RMS per pair), so both speaker locations play at a similar output level instead of one size overpowering the other. Each speaker uses an aluminum dome tweeter for clear high end, a lightweight polypropylene cone for fast midrange response, and a butyl rubber surround that stays flexible through hot summers and cold winters instead of stiffening up. A pure copper voice coil on a Kapton former manages heat, and a 6 dB internal crossover blends tweeter and cone output so vocals and instruments stay in balance.
