MOJO1212

The MOJO 1212 is a 12" competition subwoofer built around patented selective impedance technology. Included color coded jumpers let you configure the woofer as 1 ohm or 2 ohm, so one subwoofer covers builds that would otherwise take two different models. Add a second woofer later and you can reconfigure both to keep the amplifier seeing an impedance it likes.

Under the cone, a 3.5" aluminum triple voice coil and a 250 oz magnet handle 1500W RMS and 3000W peak. A vented cast aluminum basket, DVVC Direct Vent Voice Coil Cooling, and a reinforced spider keep heat and control in check through long, loud sessions. The double stitched rubber surround is folded for extra excursion without giving up effective cone area, and a lightweight polypropylene dust cap keeps moving mass down where it counts.

With 8.58" mounting depth and 83 dB sensitivity, this is a woofer that wants real power and real airspace. Memphis recommends 1.5 cu ft sealed or 2.5 cu ft vented for a single woofer, and 2.7 cu ft sealed or 4.6 cu ft vented for a pair, so trunk builds and wall builds both start from a number.
