Product Description

The Metra 70-5516 is an amplifier integration harness for the Ford Crown Victoria, Mercury Grand Marquis, Lincoln Continental and Lincoln Town Car (1998-2001) and the Ford Escape (2001). It connects an aftermarket receiver to the factory amplifier, so the OEM amp and speakers keep working after the original head unit comes out. That saves pulling door panels, running new speaker wire or replacing the amplifier just to change radios. Lead ends arrive pre-stripped, so you can crimp or solder straight into your receiver harness with no prep work. The 7 in leads leave slack to make connections outside the dash cavity, then tuck the bundle back in without pulling tension on a terminal.
