The Metra 82-6601 mounts 6" to 6.75" aftermarket speakers in select 1995-up Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep vehicles. That size range covers most of the popular coaxial and component models on the market, so you can shop on performance instead of on dimensions.

The bracket uses the factory speaker location, giving you a flat mounting surface with the screw points already placed. No drilling, no trimming, no test fitting a speaker three times to find the right depth.

A rigid adapter also keeps the speaker frame from flexing when you push it, and it seals the opening so midbass pressurizes the cabin rather than escaping behind the door panel. Those two things account for most of the difference between a speaker that measures well on paper and one that sounds right in a vehicle.
