Product Description

The Metra 95-7418 adapts the 2002-2004 Nissan Altima dash for a double-DIN receiver or two stacked single-DIN units. The 4-inch-tall opening fits current touchscreen head units as well as a receiver-plus-equalizer or receiver-plus-DVD combination.

These Altimas came with a wide center stack and a small factory radio, which leaves an awkward gap when the original unit comes out. This kit fills it properly: the panel is built to the color and size of the Altima dash, so the finished install shows no visible gaps. ISO trim rings are included for a custom-looking edge, and the kit holds DIN or ISO DIN chassis units.

Altima-specific radio removal and installation instructions come in the box, covering the order the trim releases and where the mounting brackets land. The kit goes together quickly with the supplied hardware, so most of the work is wiring and testing. Covered by a lifetime warranty.
