Product Description

The Metra 95-7899 lets you install a double-DIN receiver, or two stacked ISO DIN radios, in the 2001-2005 Honda Civic using the factory brackets. Reusing the original brackets keeps the receiver located exactly where Honda designed the opening, which means even panel gaps and a solid mount with less hardware to fuss over.

The Civic of this generation is one of the most common cars in aftermarket audio, and the factory head unit is long past current expectations. A double-DIN opening makes room for a touchscreen receiver with phone mirroring, camera input, and a proper equalizer.

The compatible wire harness is the 70-1721, sold separately. Pick that up alongside the kit and the electrical side connects to the factory plug rather than requiring splices into original wiring. Applications cover Honda Civic 2001 through 2005.
