The Metra 99-9008 mounts an aftermarket receiver in the factory radio opening of the 1998-2004 Volkswagen Beetle. The kit holds DIN and ISO DIN chassis and includes an ISO trim ring, which frames the head unit and hides the cut line for a finished edge. Where the layout allows, an extra storage pocket sits below the radio, turning dead panel space into a spot for a phone or cable. Color and contour are matched to the original Beetle dash, so no gaps show once the panel is seated.
