The kit holds DIN and ISO DIN chassis, and the included ISO trim ring frames the head unit so the opening looks finished rather than cut. Where the dash allows, an extra pocket below the radio gives small items a home. The panel is molded to the color and contour of the original BMW trim, so no gaps show once seated, and the pieces fit together quickly instead of needing shimming.
