The Metra 99-9800 is a radio kit with an attached water-resistant face cover, built for 1998-2013 Harley-Davidson Touring models when you replace the factory radio. On a bike, the head unit takes rain, road spray, and washdowns directly, and this cover keeps that off the faceplate. The cover attaches to the kit with uniquely designed hinges that move it out and up when you need to reach the radio, so adjustments do not mean fighting a door that blocks the controls. A built-in rubber opening gasket paired with magnetic latches holds the cover closed and keeps water out while riding.
