The MTX THUNDER46 is a pair of 4" x 6" 2-way coaxial car speakers built to deliver full range sound without needing a subwoofer to back them up. Each speaker handles 40 watts RMS (80 watts peak) and plays down to 80Hz, low enough to give music genuine low-end presence even in a system that skips the subwoofer entirely.

A polypropylene woofer cone provides durability against heat and moisture, and its concave design improves off-axis imaging, particularly useful when the speakers end up mounted in a vehicle's doors.
