MTX TN8MS 8" 200w Slim Under-Seat Active Powered Car/Truck Subwoofer Sub+Remote

The TN8MS is an amplified 8" micro subwoofer for vehicles where space is the limiting factor. Total enclosure height is 3.07", so it slides under a front seat or behind a truck seat and stays out of sight while adding bass a factory system cannot produce. The subwoofer, amplifier, and enclosure ship as one optimized unit, so there is nothing to design or match. Inside is a 135W RMS class A/B amplifier with adjustable gain, variable bass boost up to 12dB at 45Hz, a low pass crossover, and a phase switch that shifts output from 0 to 180 degrees to blend with existing speakers. Response runs from 20Hz to 200Hz with 200W peak capability. Wiring is simple. Connect through RCA cables from a head unit with preouts, or use high level speaker connections, in which case Smart Engage auto turn-on senses signal and powers the amplifier without running a remote wire. That makes it practical with a factory radio. The included remote bass knob connects via a 3.5mm cable so you can adjust output from the driver seat.
