N10AR 10" Rechargeable Powered Speaker

The NYC Acoustics N10AR is a self-powered 10" PA speaker with a built-in 12V 5Ah rechargeable battery, so it plays at full volume with no outlet nearby. Peak output is 400W through a long-throw 10" woofer with a 1.5" KSV voice coil and 25 oz magnet, plus two tweeters for the highs. Frequency response runs 40Hz to 20kHz with 105dB peak SPL. The MDF wood cabinet is denser than particle board, which keeps bass tight instead of boomy.

Playback options cover most situations: Bluetooth streaming tested to 49 ft, USB and SD for MP3 files, FM radio, an RCA aux input, a 1/4" line input, and a 1/4" mic input. Every input has its own level control, and a 5-band graphic equalizer sits on the front panel so you can shape the sound by room or genre. An LED screen shows audio info during Bluetooth, USB, and SD playback.

Battery life depends on how hard you push it: 5 to 6 hours at low volume, 4 to 5 at medium, 3 to 4 wide open. Built-in wheels and a retractable trolley handle make the 27.52 lb cabinet easy to roll from a garage to a backyard or a parking lot.

For parties, a magic ball on top throws a disco effect across the room, and LEDs on the woofer and both side panels pulse to the beat or stay under manual control, so you do not need separate lighting. The included wired microphone and 10 ft cable handle karaoke, toasts, and speeches. Class AB amplification with an internal switch-mode power supply keeps distortion low, and a clip limit LED tells you when the amp is running out of headroom. The 110/220V switchable supply works for events abroad.
