FZ10MIXXD Universal 10" DJ Mix Flight Case

The Odyssey FZ10MIXXD is a foam-lined flight case for 10" format DJ mixers, with extra depth behind the mixer for cabling. The interior accepts mixers about 8.75" to 11" wide and up to 15.75" deep, plus 3.5" of open rear space, covering most current 10" mixers.

The extra-wide front access panel is the centerpiece. It stays in place for full protection during transit, then slides out at the gig so you can reach front-panel controls, headphone jacks, and input connections without pulling the mixer from the case. Removable bottom and rear cable port hole covers route XLR, RCA, and power runs cleanly, and the rear space gives you somewhere to coil the slack instead of leaving it on the table.

Construction is 3/8" plywood with a chrome and black exterior, heavy-duty ball corners, and recessed handles and latches that sit flush so cases stack and load without catching. Mixer width adjustment strips let you shim a narrower mixer for a snug fit rather than letting it shift in transit. A bottom ventilation and storage pit keeps air moving under the chassis and holds small accessories. Case walls stand about 3" high around the mixer, with 3" of interior height in the lid.

The lid also works as a stacking base, raising the mixer to a comfortable height on low tables or for taller DJs. At about 17 lb with exterior dimensions of 14.25"W x 21.75"D x 8.25"H, it carries by hand from car to booth and holds its shape through weekly gigs, tours, and installs.
