This bundle pairs the StudioLive AR8c mixer with a Rockville RCM03 condenser microphone, a RockShield 3 isolation shield, and two 20-foot XLR cables, built for recording vocals in a space that isn't acoustically treated. The AR8c's four XMAX preamps and 8x4 USB-C interface record each channel plus the main mix, with a Bluetooth-equipped Super Channel and onboard effects for shaping the sound. The RCM03's aluminum body and large diaphragm capture vocals across a 30Hz-20kHz range, and it ships with both a mixer cable and a direct computer cable. Rather than relying on room treatment, the RockShield 3's five foam panels and vented steel back plate absorb off-axis sound and room reflections around the mic, redirecting focus to the voice in front of it and limiting bleed from other sound sources nearby. It mounts to a compatible mic stand or sits on a tabletop with its tripod foot design. Two included RCXFM20E-B cables, built with 100% copper conductors, connect the mic and any additional source to the mixer.
