Each RCM03 condenser mic uses a cardioid pattern to isolate the speaker in front of it, and sits on an RDMS70 desktop stand with an adjustable-height boom and a heavy steel round base, so it can be repositioned without clamping to furniture. The RHPA4 headphone amp splits four independent, volume-controlled feeds so each host or guest monitors their own mix through the included PRO-M50 headphones, which seal tight for isolation and use 40mm drivers for accurate playback.
