Product Description

The StudioLive 24R does two jobs. As a 24-channel AVB stage box, it puts your inputs where the band is and sends them back to a StudioLive Series III console over one network cable, with preamp and phantom power control from the console. As a standalone rack mixer, it is a fully recallable 32-channel Series III digital mixer with 24 mic/line inputs and 8 digital channels, controlled from UC Surface on a Mac, Windows machine, iPad, or Android tablet.

Input count runs to 26: 24 locking combo mic/line channels with recallable XMAX Class A preamps, plus two RCA line-level inputs on channels 23-24. Outputs cover 12 balanced 1/4 in. TRS FlexMix sends and two XLR main outputs. Sixteen FlexMixes can each be set up as an aux mix, subgroup, or matrix mix, alongside four dedicated subgroups and four internal effects buses carrying both modern and vintage reverbs and delays.

Fat Channel processing runs on every channel, with vintage EQ and compressor modes and A/B compare for fast decisions. Scene management with Scene Safe recalls a full show while protecting the settings you want left alone.

Recording happens over a 40x40 USB 2.0 interface, a 55x55 AVB interface, or straight to an SD card in stereo, so a live set becomes a multitrack session or a quick reference mix. Capture live-recording software and Studio One Artist are included for Mac and Windows, and QMix-UC gives performers control of their own monitor mixes from a phone.

Features

    • Two Roles, One Box

Run it as an AVB stage box for a StudioLive Series III console or as a standalone 32-channel rack mixer, which covers both a main system and a monitor rig.

    • Preamps That Remember

24 locking combo inputs use recallable XMAX Class A preamps, so trim values and phantom power come back with the Scene instead of being reset by hand.

    • Routing That Adapts

Sixteen FlexMixes work as aux mixes, subgroups, or matrix mixes, plus four dedicated subgroups and four effects buses with modern and vintage reverbs and delays.

    • Record Three Ways

A 40x40 USB 2.0 interface, 55x55 AVB interface, and onboard stereo SD recorder give you multitrack capture and a simple reference mix from the same show.

    • Mix From The Room

UC Surface control from a Mac, Windows machine, iPad, or Android tablet lets you dial the mix where the audience sits, while QMix-UC hands monitors to the band.
