This bundle pairs the PreSonus TubePre V2 vacuum tube preamp and DI box with a pair of Rockville APM5B powered studio monitors, giving you a recording chain and a way to hear the results without leaving your desk. The TubePre V2's XMAX Class A preamp stage and hand-selected 12AX7 tube output add headroom and warmth to a mic or DI signal, with a Drive control that pushes the tone from clean to overdriven.

Each APM5B monitor is bi-amped, with a separate amplifier for the 5.25-inch woofer and the 3/4-inch silk dome tweeter, delivering 125 watts peak per speaker for a combined 250 watts peak per pair. A USB input lets you connect the monitors directly to a computer without a separate interface, while the 1/4"/XLR combo jack and RCA input cover a mixer or the TubePre V2's output. An MDF wood enclosure and a rear-firing port tuned to reduce turbulence keep playback clean at higher volumes.
