T-SS18

The ProX T-SS18 is a tripod speaker stand for mobile DJs, bands, and anyone setting up a PA on the clock. Iron and aluminum construction handles the weight of a real speaker, and the fold-out tripod design opens and collapses fast, which is what you care about at the end of a long night.

Height adjusts from 43" to 74" with six preset locking positions, so you can put a top box above a standing crowd or drop it lower for a seated room. The newly designed locking pin mechanism protects the tubing and locks both vertically and horizontally, so the speaker does not creep down or rotate during a set. A safety pin inserts at any of the six presets to prevent accidental drops.

Load capacity is 130 lb, and the housing slides along the lower shaft to open and close the legs in one motion. Base spread is 42", which should be roughly twice the width of your cabinet for stability. Non-slip rubber feet grip stage and floor, the tube diameter is 1.375" for internal speaker mounts, and the black powder coat finish stays discreet on stage. Weight is 8 lb.
