X-19MIX7U 7U Top Slant Mixer Rack Case

The ProX X-19MIX7U is a 7U top-load slant mixer case for 19" rack gear, built for the mobile DJ who wants the mixer angled toward them and locked down at the same time. The slant top puts controls at a natural viewing angle while you stand, and the 7U opening fits the Gemini CDM-4000 as well as many other 19" rack mixers and rack-mounted devices. Mounting hardware is included, so the unit goes in the rails the day the case arrives. A removable cable access cover lets you run power and audio out the back and still close and lock the case, which means gear stays connected and protected between sets. The shell uses Signature Series 3/8" plywood with reinforced steel ball corners, recessed steel padded handles, recessed butterfly twist-lock latches, industrial rubber feet, and dual anchor rivets. The Black Honeycomb Digital laminated exterior resists minor scratches from repeated load-ins. At 16 lb empty, it protects a mixer worth far more without a weight penalty you feel on the stairs.
