X-SSMPBLK

The ProX X-SSMPBLK is an all-steel mounting plate that turns a standard speaker stand into a platform for gear that has no pole socket. The flange slides onto any 1 3/8" diameter speaker stand top tube and locks down with a plastic tightening knob, so you can set it up by hand with no tools at the venue. The black painted steel tray carries studio monitors, moving head fixtures, small lighting fixtures, wireless receivers, and other accessories at ear or beam height. Slotted mounting holes let you bolt equipment directly to the plate or add a platform for a projector, and the slots give you room to shift the load until it sits centered over the stand. Steel construction is the point here: the plate holds its shape under repeated loading and unloading, where thin plastic trays flex and fail over time.
