XC-ILDA50 50 Ft ILDA Extension Cable, Male To Female

The ProX XC-ILDA50 is a 50-foot 25-pin ILDA extension cable, male to female, for running analog laser projectors from Pangolin software or any compatible ILDA controller. ILDA is the standard interface for controlling scan position, blanking and color on a laser, and a factory projector cable rarely reaches from a truss position back to the control table.

This cable closes that gap. The male-to-female wiring means it extends an existing ILDA run rather than replacing it, so you can chain a length to whatever the projector shipped with and keep the same connection at both ends. All 25 pins are carried through, which matters because a partial ILDA cable can pass X and Y position while dropping a color channel or the interlock line, and that is difficult to diagnose in the dark before a show.

At 50 feet it covers the common gaps in real venues: a projector on a truss with the DAC at the FOH position, a pair of lasers upstage with control offstage, or a club install where the control PC lives in a locked rack. Keep one in the case as a spare, because an ILDA cable is a single point of failure for the entire laser rig. Weight is 5 lb.
