XT-BTSBX4-G8

The ProX XT-BTSBX4-G8 is a set of four short hex truss bolts with nuts and washers, sized 5/8 in.-11 x 2-1/2 in. NC. This is the standard length for BoltX 12 in. bolted box truss connections and most other bolted box truss brands, which makes it the set you reorder as spares.

The bolts are Grade 8, the higher tensile class used for structural truss joints, and they are finished in yellow zinc to resist corrosion on outdoor stages and in humid storage. The hex head takes a common wrench or socket, so setup does not require special tools.

Each set covers one truss connection point: four cap screws, four hex nuts, four flat washers, and four lock washers. Bolts are the parts that disappear between shows, so keeping a couple of sets in the case is cheap insurance against a stalled load-in. Always confirm the hardware requirements for your truss configuration, and inspect bolts and nuts for thread damage before each use.
