DX-749

The DX-749 is a height-adjustable musician seat with a backrest and footrest, built for players who work in one position for hours. Nine locking heights from 22.8" to 31.5" cover a seated keyboard position, a classical guitar posture, and a high perch behind a kit or an upright bass.

The backrest adjusts for both height and depth, so it supports your lower back where you actually need it rather than pushing your shoulders forward. The non-slip footrest adjusts in height too, which keeps a guitarist left leg raised at a consistent angle and gives wind players a solid place to plant their feet. Together they reduce spinal load and leg strain during long practice blocks, recording dates, and pit calls.

The seat cushion is 60 mm thick and firm rather than soft, so it stays supportive instead of bottoming out by the second hour. Frame width is 15.7" and depth is 18.5", with steel construction rated to 242.5 lb and a non-reflective, powder-coated black enamel finish that stays invisible under stage lights.

It folds to 16.1" W x 46.8" H x 15.3" D for storage between rehearsals, and the 28 lb weight is manageable for one person loading a car. Suited to teaching studios, home practice rooms, theater pits, and recording sessions.
