RCM01 Studio Recording Condenser Microphone Mic+Boom Arm+Desk Clamp

This bundle gives you a condenser microphone and a full-length boom arm that clamps to the edge of your desk, keeping the mic right at mouth level without taking up any surface space. The Rockville RCM01 uses a 25mm electret condenser capsule with a cardioid pickup pattern that focuses on sound from the front while pushing side and rear noise to the background. With an equivalent noise level of just 18dBA, it captures clean audio even in quiet recording environments. The all-metal chassis (steel basket and zinc alloy body) resists handling vibrations, and a metal shock mount is included for further isolation.

The DMS40 boom arm extends up to 40" across two articulating 20" arm segments, giving you wide reach to position the mic wherever you speak or perform. The aluminum alloy C-clamp fits desks up to 2" thick, and internal springs keep the arm movement silent and controlled. Two 10' cables are included: XLR-to-XLR for connecting to phantom-powered mixers or audio interfaces, and 3.5mm-to-XLR for plugging directly into a computer. A foam windscreen caps off the setup.
