RCS80-1 + MS81 10-Pack

This system pairs the RCS80-1 60W 70V amplifier with ten MS81 metal 8" ceiling speakers built for background music and PA applications in large commercial spaces. The RCS80-1 handles Bluetooth streaming, USB/SD playback, FM radio, and two microphone inputs from a single rack-mountable unit, covering every source you typically need in a restaurant, retail store, school, or office.

The MS81 speakers use an 8" paper cone driver in a metal housing that blends with standard commercial ceiling grids. A front-facing volume knob, camouflaged into the center of the steel grille, lets you adjust individual speaker output without removing the speaker or climbing above the ceiling. Each speaker supports 70V taps at 5W, 2.5W, 1W, and 0.5W, plus 25V taps down to 0.25W, and can also run at 8 ohms for standard home audio setups.

The 8" cone delivers a 70 Hz to 20 kHz frequency range with 90 dB sensitivity, so even at a 0.5W tap these speakers play audibly in a quiet hallway. The 120-degree conical dispersion pattern spreads sound broadly below the speaker, reducing the number of units needed per room. Ten speakers at low taps keep total draw well under the amplifier's 60W limit, and the parallel wiring scheme means adding or removing a speaker from the line is simple.
