Isolation Pack

The Isolation Pack pairs a shock mount and an adjustable metal pop filter for X1 Series and sE2200 Series microphones, covering the two things a bare condenser mic usually needs before a serious vocal take.

The shock mount isolates the microphone from desk knocks, footsteps, and stand rumble that travel up a mic stand and show up as low-frequency thumps in an otherwise clean take. A quick-release mechanism at the base makes inserting and removing a mic fast, which is useful when the same mic moves between a stand, a boom, and a case during a session day.

The metal pop filter mounts to the shock mount rather than a separate arm, so the whole assembly stays on one stand. Its height adjusts vertically to line up with any of the compatible microphones, and it lifts off entirely when you want the mic bare for acoustic guitar or room work. Metal construction holds its shape and cleans up easily, unlike fabric shields that stretch and sag with use.

The Isolation Pack is also included with the X1 S Vocal Pack and the X1 S Studio Bundle, so this is the add-on route for anyone who bought a microphone on its own.
