The ST2.1000D is a compact 2-channel Class D full range amplifier built for tight installs in Polaris RZR, ATV, UTV, motorcycle, marine, and car applications. Class D full range technology packs serious output into a chassis small enough to hide behind a seat or under a dash. High power capability, high efficiency, and tight component tolerances mean stable performance that holds up next to traditional full range amplifiers, with far less current draw and far less space. Output is 140W RMS x 2 at 4 ohms, 250W RMS x 2 at 2 ohms, and 500W RMS x 1 bridged at 4 ohms, with 1000W max power. That covers a pair of pod speakers, a front stage plus a bridged subwoofer, or a full range two-channel setup. A hybrid aluminum alloy heatsink pulls heat out of the chassis, which matters in sealed cage compartments and engine-adjacent mounting spots. Military grade SMT PCB construction holds dynamic performance under vibration, and direct short, thermal, and overload protection circuits shut things down before damage happens. Inputs accept 200mV to 12V signal on high level or low level RCA, so it works behind a factory radio or an aftermarket source unit without a line output converter. Variable 12dB high pass, low pass, and subsonic crossovers let you set the amplifier for mids and highs or for a subwoofer channel. Quick disconnect RCA and high-level wire harnesses plus a quick disconnect power and speaker harness make service and seasonal removal fast. The chassis measures 6.5 x 3 x 1.5 inches.
