TXP2.6500D

The TXP2.6500D is a 1-ohm stereo stable 2-channel Class D amplifier for full range and bass duty in high output systems. Tarantula XTREME POWER amplifiers use silicon steel alloy core power supply transformers instead of traditional toroidal designs. Silicon steel cores pass more current more efficiently, which means more power reaches your speakers without a bed full of batteries and industrial gauge wiring. Output is 400W RMS x 2 at 4 ohms, 700W RMS x 2 at 2 ohms, 1,250W RMS x 2 at 1 ohm, and 2,500W RMS x 1 bridged at 2 ohms, with 6,500W max power. That flexibility means one chassis can power a pair of subwoofers in stereo, a bridged single subwoofer, or a high output pair of midbass speakers. Variable 12dB high pass, low pass, and subsonic crossovers set the range, with low pass from 50Hz to 180Hz and high pass from 15Hz to 1KHz, plus 0 to 12dB of bass boost at 50Hz. Signal-to-noise ratio is 105 dB with under 0.3% THD, and input sensitivity spans 200mV to 6V on high level or low level RCA, with RCA output for chaining another amplifier. Military grade SMT PCB construction stands up to vibration, while direct short, thermal, and overload protection circuits guard against faults. Operating voltage runs 9V to 16V DC. LED accent lighting illuminates the circuit board for show builds, and a dash mount gain control module is included for cabin level adjustment. The chassis measures 5.75 x 8.25 x 2.75 inches.
