SRX918S + SRX900 RC1

The SRX918S is a single 18" active subwoofer built to anchor SRX900 Series line array systems, and this kit pairs it with the SRX900 RC1 rain cover so it is ready for outdoor shows from day one. Inside the cabinet, a JBL 2279G-1 18" woofer uses a dual voice coil, dual gap design that runs cooler and holds its output better through long, loud sets than a single-coil woofer. Built-in Class D amplification supplies 1,100 W of continuous power for a maximum SPL of 134 dB, with extension down to 35 Hz.

Setup is plug and play. Onboard DSP and a universal power supply give consistent results from venue to venue, and LevelMax limiting watches driver excursion so the sub keeps hitting hard without damage. The rear-panel LCD puts every control within reach, while dual Neutrik etherCON ports and HARMAN HControl support let you network the system and adjust it from Windows, macOS, or iPadOS. Choose omnidirectional or cardioid coverage to suit the room and keep low end where you want it.

The reinforced 18 mm plywood enclosure, finished in black DuraFlex with two recessed handles, is sized for efficient truck packing, making it a strong fit for rental companies, touring musicians, and fixed installs. The included RC1 rain cover attaches with five M3.5 fasteners and shields the LCD, XLR, and etherCON connections from moisture. Its flexible material drapes around connected cables, a Velcro opening gives quick access to the controls, and it can stay on full time, indoors or out, so weather protection is already handled.
