SRX918S Powered Subwoofer with SRX918S CVR Cover

The SRX918S kit gives rental companies, install crews, and working bands a complete low-end package: a single 18" active subwoofer plus the fitted soft cover that keeps it protected between gigs. Inside the cabinet, an 18" 2279G-1 woofer with a dual 3" voice coil, dual gap design runs cooler and holds up better under heavy use, giving you lower power compression and wider dynamic range at high volume. Built-in 1,100W Class D amplification and onboard DSP mean you plug in, pick a preset, and get consistent results from room to room, with up to 134 dB max SPL and a 35 Hz to 90 Hz range. LevelMax limiting watches driver excursion to protect the woofer when the show gets loud, and a large low frequency port keeps airflow clean with less audible turbulence.

Setup flexibility is built in. Run it omnidirectional or in a cardioid arrangement, adjust settings from the rear-panel LCD, or connect through dual etherCON Ethernet ports for HARMAN HControl and software control on Windows, macOS, and iPad OS. It pairs with SRX900 Series line arrays for a scalable rig. The 18 mm plywood enclosure with DuraFlex finish and recessed handles is truck-pack friendly, and the SRX918S CVR adds internally reinforced front panels to guard the grille, handle cutouts for loading, and a fold-flat design for storage when the sub is in use.
