E69CX

The E69CX is a pair of 6x9-inch coaxial speakers rated 100W RMS, the size that gives you the most cone area a factory rear deck or door will take. More cone area means more midbass, which is why 6x9s remain the go-to for rear fill in sedans and full-range output in trucks.

Each speaker uses a black polypropylene cone on a UV-resistant rubber surround for linear travel and long service life in direct sunlight, topped by a damped titanium dome tweeter. The damping keeps highs detailed without the hard edge metal tweeters can produce, and a rubber sealing ring at the tweeter stalk keeps dust and moisture from interfering with motor movement.

The black stamped steel basket is custom tooled and vented around its perimeter for thermal control, so 100W of continuous power does not translate into compressed output halfway through a playlist. Mounting depth is 3.5 inches, standard for a 6x9 location.

These run well on head unit power as a factory replacement and open up considerably on a four-channel amplifier. Grilles are included and they ship as a pair.
