SA-69CXv2

The SA-69CX v.2 is a pair of 6x9-inch speakers rated at 125W RMS, built for listeners who want detail from a factory speaker opening. The midrange sits in a high-quality cast aluminum basket, holding the motor and cone in alignment where stamped frames flex. Its cone uses a blend of paper and wool fibers chosen to damp unwanted resonances, and the high-compliance rubber surround controls what is left at the cone edge.

The motor was FEA optimized in-house for 6mm of one-way linear excursion, using an extended pole piece to keep travel linear. Thermal design includes a vented magnetic gap and vented voice coil collar, so the coil sheds heat during long sessions at volume.

The silk dome tweeter was tuned to match the midrange, with the gap, dome material, lens, and chamber damping all tested and adjusted. An integrated crossover means no separate passive network to mount, so these drop into rear-deck or door openings with no extra hardware to hide.

Frequency range runs 45 Hz to 20 kHz at 91 dB sensitivity, which means usable low end from head unit power and much more when you add an amplifier. Typical uses include rear-deck upgrades in sedans, front and rear door replacements in trucks with 6x9 openings, and full-range fill in systems that already have a subwoofer.

Premium spring-loaded terminals make the connection quick and hold up better than push tabs on factory harnesses.
