SDX-90.2

The SDX-90.2 is the smallest amplifier in the water-resistant SDX line, and the easiest one to hide. It produces 90W x 2 at 4 ohms, 120W x 2 at 2 ohms, and 240W x 1 bridged at 4 ohms, from a chassis measuring just 4.125 by 5.825 by 2.125 inches.

At that size it fits places a normal amplifier cannot: inside a motorcycle bag, under a UTV seat, behind a golf cart dash, in a boat console, or tucked behind a kick panel in a car. A heavy cast aluminum casing handles heat and protects the electronics, and the audio controls sit beneath a sealed, removable cover that keeps rain, dust, and spray out. Unscrew the badge with an allen key to reach the settings.

Use it to add clean power to a pair of speakers, or bridge it to 240W for a single compact subwoofer. Variable 12dB high pass filtering from 15 Hz to 500 Hz and low pass filtering from 30 Hz to 500 Hz cover either role, and variable 12dB bass boost adds low-end weight when the speakers are small.

DC auto-sensing turn on removes the remote wire from the install. Protection circuitry covers thermal, voltage, speaker short, and DC-offset conditions, and a wired remote control is included.

Operating voltage is 11.5V to 15V with only a 25A fuse required, so most builds can run on existing power wiring.
