MKL2

The MKL2 is a desk-mounted microphone boom arm with built-in LED lighting and a spider shock mount, which puts the mic where you want it and gives the shot a visual element at the same time. The arm is built from thickened steel and supports up to 3.5 lb, so it holds heavier broadcast microphones without sagging over a long session. The included spider mic holder isolates the capsule from desk bumps and keyboard vibration, which keeps recordings clean, and it accommodates a range of microphone bodies rather than one specific model. A 3/8" to 5/8" screw adapter is in the box, covering both common thread sizes. Movement is generous: 135 degrees back and forth, 180 degrees up and down, and 360 degrees of base rotation, so the mic reaches your mouth if you sit upright, lean in, or stand at the desk. The lighting runs a 7-color rainbow effect, 8 static colors, and a marquee LED option. Effects and brightness adjust directly on the arm without opening anything on your phone, and the duoCo StripX app is available when you want full custom control over colors, brightness, and effects from your phone. A table clamp mounts the arm to a desk edge, and 4 cable ties plus Velcro bands route your mic cable along the arm for a clean setup. Use it for podcasting, streaming, gaming, voiceover, and home studio recording.
