Product Description

The VMA1240 240W mixer/amplifier gives a restaurant, bar, cafe, or paging system one control point for five inputs, USB playback, Bluetooth audio, and a single distributed-speaker output. This package adds five pairs of Control 25-1 wall-mount speakers, giving you ten weatherized two-way cabinets for foreground music, background music, and paging. Each speaker offers 70V tap choices from 3.7W to 30W, plus an 8-ohm setting. For a ten-speaker 70V setup, set every speaker to 15W or less so the combined 150W load stays within the source's 200W total limit; all ten speakers at 30W would produce a 300W load and exceed that limit. The amplifier adds per-channel bass and treble controls, voice-activated ducking, configurable output routing, front-panel controls, and Euroblock, RCA, and 1/4-inch connections. The speakers use 5.25-inch low-frequency drivers, 0.75-inch PEI tweeters, 100° x 100° coverage, and weatherized enclosures for indoor or outdoor installations. A rack-mount kit is included with the amplifier.
