HB 410 II 8A

The Zapco HB 410 II 8A puts a 10-channel digital signal processor and an eight-channel Class AB amplifier in one chassis, so tuning and speaker power come from a single unit. Each amplifier channel delivers 23W RMS at 4 ohms, 35W RMS at 2 ohms, and up to 70W peak, enough for a full front stage plus rear fill in most vehicles.

Four high-level inputs connect straight to a factory head unit, so the stock dash stays in place, while two RCA inputs cover aftermarket sources. Ten channels of RCA output leave room for external amplifiers when a subwoofer or extra speaker pair joins the system later.

Tuning covers 31-band equalization, an I/O mixing matrix, Butterworth, Bessel and Linkwitz-Riley crossovers with slopes from 6 to 48 dB/oct, speaker assignment, time delay, level and polarity. Setup runs through PC software or the Zapco app, so changes can be made in the vehicle without a laptop. HD Bluetooth handles music streaming and the Music Player function reads tracks from USB memory. The optional remote adds main and subwoofer volume, preset selection, source switching and track skipping within reach of the dash.

Measuring 190 x 126 x 45.5 mm, the unit mounts under a seat or behind a trim panel, which suits builds that keep the factory interior intact: daily commuters, work trucks with limited space, and sound-quality systems that need processing and amplification in one place.
