HB 46 II 4A

The Zapco HB 46 II 4A combines a six-channel digital signal processor with a four-channel Class AB amplifier, covering tuning and speaker power in one compact unit. Each channel produces 23W RMS at 4 ohms, 35W RMS at 2 ohms, and up to 70W peak, a clear step up from factory amplification for a front and rear speaker set.

Four high-level inputs take speaker-level signal directly from an OEM radio, so the original dash stays untouched, and two RCA inputs handle aftermarket head units. Six RCA outputs give you room to run an external amplifier for a subwoofer or a dedicated set of tweeters.

Tuning includes 31-band equalization, an I/O mixing matrix, Butterworth, Bessel and Linkwitz-Riley crossovers from 6 to 48 dB/oct, speaker assignment, time delay, level and polarity. Setup happens through PC software or the Zapco app, so adjustments can be made from the seat where you actually listen. The included HD Bluetooth module streams music from a phone, and the Music Player function plays tracks from USB memory. Add the optional remote and main volume, subwoofer level, presets, source selection and track skipping sit at your fingertips.

At 160 x 126 x 45.5 mm, it hides under a seat or behind a kick panel, a practical fit for compact cars, trucks, motorcycles and marine dashes where space is tight but tuning still matters.
