HB 68 II

The Zapco HB 68 II is a pure eight-channel digital signal processor for systems that already have amplification. It sits between the source and the amplifiers and gives you the tools that decide how a system actually sounds: 31-band equalization, an I/O mixing matrix, high-pass and low-pass filters, speaker assignment, time delay, level and polarity per channel.

Six high-level inputs accept speaker-level signal from a factory radio, and two RCA inputs handle an aftermarket head unit or external source. Eight RCA outputs cover a three-way front stage with rear fill and a subwoofer, or any channel layout you assign in software.

Crossovers use Butterworth, Bessel or Linkwitz-Riley filters with slopes from 6 to 48 dB/oct, so you can protect small midrange speakers and split bands the way the install calls for. Frequency response runs 20Hz to 20KHz with signal to noise above 100dB and THD under 0.05%. Tuning happens on PC software or the Zapco app, and the Bluetooth module adds phone streaming plus the Music Player function for tracks stored on USB memory. With the optional remote you get main and subwoofer volume, preset selection, source switching and track skipping from the dash.

The 160 x 126 x 45.5 mm chassis mounts under a seat, behind a panel or in a rack next to existing amplifiers, a straightforward addition to a factory system, a competition install or a marine setup already running outboard power.
