(2) JRX212 + (2) JRX218S + (2) RSP36

This passive PA package gives DJs, bands, and event venues a full-range stereo rig in one order: two JBL JRX212 12" two-way speakers, two JRX218S 18" compact subwoofers, and two Rockville RSP36 steel mounting poles that stack each top cabinet on its sub. The subs cover the low end down to 34 Hz with up to 133 dB peak output, while the JRX212 picks up the mids and highs from 60 Hz to 20 kHz, so kick drums, bass lines, and vocals each get their own driver.

Each JRX212 pairs a 12" low-frequency driver with a JBL 2414H-C 1" compression driver on a Progressive Transition waveguide, spreading sound across a 90° x 50° pattern at up to 128 dB. SonicGuard protection keeps the high-frequency driver safe from excess power without cutting out mid-set. A dual-angle pole socket tilts the speaker 10° down toward the crowd, and the cabinet doubles as a floor wedge monitor when the band needs to hear itself on stage.

The JRX218S handles 350W continuous (1400W peak) at 4 ohms in a compact, carpeted 3/4" MDF cabinet with a top-mounted 36 mm pole receptacle. Drop an RSP36 into each sub and the 36" steel pole, rated for 200 lb, lifts the JRX212 above the audience for clearer coverage without separate tripod stands. All four cabinets use Neutrik Speakon NL-4 inputs and all-steel handles. Plan on an external amplifier: JBL recommends 250W to 500W per top at 8 ohms and 350W to 700W per sub at 4 ohms.
