CSA2120 + (4) Pair HC85-16 Black

This commercial audio package pairs the JBL CSA2120 two-channel amplifier with four pairs of Rockville HC85-16 8" in-ceiling speakers, giving restaurants, bars, retail floors, and offices a complete overhead sound system in one order. The 16-ohm speakers are what make the layout work: wire four in parallel on each channel and the amp sees a 4-ohm load, inside its rated 2 to 16 ohm range, so all eight speakers run from one compact unit at 120W per channel.

The CSA2120 is built for installed sound. It's plenum rated to UL2043, cools by convection with no fan noise, and drops into auto-standby when the music stops to cut power use after hours. Summing RCA inputs on each channel combine a stereo source so every speaker carries the full mix, and the included rack mounting kit lets you put it in an equipment rack with the rest of your gear.

Each HC85-16 uses an 8" polypropylene cone with a rubber surround for full mids and solid bass, plus a swivel 1/2" Mylar dome tweeter you can aim toward the seating area. Frequency response runs 40Hz to 20kHz at 89dB sensitivity, which keeps background music and announcements clear at low and high volumes. Paintable flush grills blend into the ceiling, and a shallow 3.03" mounting depth with a 9.3" cutout keeps installation simple.
