CSM28 Mixer + (2) CSR-V Wall Volume Controllers

The JBL CSM28 is an 8-input, 2-output commercial mixer built for the background music and paging systems that run restaurants, bars, cafes, retail floors, gyms, schools, and hospitals. Euro-block mic/line connectors take paging microphones and installed sources, unbalanced RCA inputs accept a media player or streaming device, and 27VDC phantom power runs condenser mics without a separate supply. Independent bass and treble controls tune the sound to the room, while priority muting and VOX ducking automatically pull the music down when someone pages, so announcements come through without anyone reaching for a knob.

The fanless 1U chassis runs silently in tight equipment closets, illuminated control rings make settings easy to read in a dim rack, and the universal power supply accepts 100 to 240V at 50/60 Hz. HARMAN GreenEdge construction keeps the mixer lightweight, energy efficient, and RoHS compliant, so it fits into an existing rack without adding heat or noise to the room.

Two black JBL CSR-V wall volume controllers are included at no extra cost, and they're the add-on most installs end up buying anyway. Each one connects to the mixer over standard Cat 5 cable with RJ45 connectors at runs up to 1,000 ft (305 m), so the CSM28 can stay racked in a back room while staff adjust volume right from the wall in the space they're working in.
