This package pairs two JBL JRX215 passive PA speakers with two JRX218S subwoofers and two Rockville RSP36 mounting poles, giving a mobile DJ or band a full two-way plus subwoofer rig that stacks together in the field. Each JRX215 top handles up to 1,000W of program power through a 15 inch driver and JBL 2414H-C compression driver, reaching a 129 dB max SPL for clear mid and high frequency coverage. The JRX218S subwoofers add the low end, with an 18 inch driver rated for 350W continuous and 1,400W peak power reaching a 133 dB peak SPL, more than enough to fill a dance floor with bass. A cast aluminum 36mm pole mount receptacle built into the top of each subwoofer accepts the included RSP36 pole, letting the JRX215 top sit directly above the sub for a classic stacked PA configuration rated to a 200 pound load capacity. Both cabinets share the same rugged MDF construction and steel grille as the rest of JBL's JRX line, so they hold up to the same loading and touring abuse. Since all four cabinets are passive, this system needs a separate amplifier sized to each pair's impedance and power rating, giving a DJ the flexibility to run whatever amp already fits their setup.
